Carol Souza

Carol M. (Sitarz) Souza 68 of North Dartmouth passed away Tuesday October 13, 2020 at her home. She was the wife of Ronald Souza and daughter of the late Walter and Mildred (Pittsley) Sitarz. She was born in Acushnet and had lived in this area all of her life. She was a communicant of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception Church. Carol was formerly employed by Ann & Hope and Bed & Bath as a salesperson until her retirement. Survivors include her husband, her daughters Kim Souza of Dartmouth and Kristen Souza of New Bedford; her sisters Janice Besse of South Dartmouth and Nancy Carvalho of South Dartmouth; her brother Walter Sitarz of New Bedford; her grandson Kyle Dean of New Bedford also several nieces and nephews. Her funeral mass will be said 9am Monday October 19 at Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception Church. Visiting hours are Sunday October 18, from 5-7pm at the Boulevard Funeral Home 223 Ashley Blvd. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery.
