Charles Baptista

Charles Baptista 85 of Fall River, formerly of New Bedford, passed away Friday December 18, 2015 at the Highlander in Fall River. He was the son of the late Manuel and Rosa (Quintal) Baptista. He was born in New Bedford and lived in the New Bedford - Fall River area all of his life.Charles was a former member of the Clube Madeirense S.S. Sacramento. Survivors include his brothers Jesse Baptista and his wife Laura of California, Frank Baptista and his wife Kitty of Freetown, Jose and his wife Romona of Georgia; his sister Hilda Pacheco of New Bedford. He also survived by nieces and nephews. Mr. Baptista will be cremated.
