Danielle Blaise

Danielle Denise Blaise 46 of New Bedford passed away, suddenly at her home, on Thursday January 17, 2019. She was the daughter of Sandra (Silva) Joao of New Bedford and the late Roger Blaise. She was born in New Bedford and was formerly employed as a hairdresser. She was passionate about making people happy and helping them feel understood. Survivors include her mother, her daughter Madison Dlouhy of New Bedford, her sisters Deborah Demers and her companion Larry Wright of Acushnet, Jill Blaise and her spouse Carla Britt of Laurel, Maryland; her best friend, former husband, John Rego of Fairhaven, her longtime companion Arthur Larrivee of New Bedford and her dog Buddy. She was the sister of the late David Blaise. Her funeral service will be held 11am Friday at the Boulevard Funeral Home 223 Ashley Blvd. Visiting hours will be Thursday 6-8pm. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery. “If ever there is tomorrow when we’re not together…there is something you must always remember. You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem and smarter than you think. But the most important thing is, even if we’re apart…I’ll always be with you.”
