Giraldina Pinheiro

Giraldina "Gerry" (Visinho) Pinheiro 65 of East Freetown, formerly of New Bedford passed away suddenly on Saturday January 21, 2012 at Rhode Island hospital. She was the daughter of the late Manuel and Filomena (Couto) Visinho. She was born in Portugal and had lived in this area for many years. She was a communicant of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception church. Survivors include her sons Anthony Pinheiro and William Pinheiro both of Portugal; her brothers Angelo Visinho of Portugal, Carlos Visinho of Marion; her sisters Maria Santo of New Bedford, Lidia Lopes of New Bedford, Maria Amaro of North Dartmouth and Lesbelia Resendes of Westport; 2 granddaughters Patricia and Khloe; many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Manuel Visinho. Burial will be in Pine Grove cemetery.
