Kevin Stone

Kevin Stone 51 of New Bedford passed away Wednesday December 32014. He was the son of the late Manuel F. Stone Jr. and Mary Joan (Fernandes) Stone. He was born in San Jose, CA and had lived in New Bedford since 1969. He was a communicant of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception Church. He was employed as a market analyst for Daymon Worldwide in CT. Kevin was a member of the Clube Madeirense S.S. Sacramento and was a fixture in the local music scene. Survivors include his sister Barbara A. Stone of Houston, Texas; his aunts Margaret Fernandes of Acushnet, Rosemary Rodrigues of Fhvn. , Jacqueline Melo of FL, Linda Vardo of FL; also many cousins and friends. His funeral mass will be said 9am Tuesday at Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception Church. Cremation will follow Visiting hours are Monday 5-8pm.In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Feast of the Blessed Sacrament Entertainment Committee 50 Madeira Ave. New Bedford, MA 02746.
