Luis Leite

Luis A Leite, 62, of New Bedford passed away at St. Luke's Hospital on January 29th, 2022. Born in Fayal de Terra, Azores, Portugal, he was the son of the late Elias Leite and Maria Conceicao (Raposo) and husband of  the late Agnes (Ferro) Leite. Luis was a fan of all the hometown sports teams, especially the Patriots. He worked for many years as a Machine Operator at AFC Cable Systems. Luis is survived by his sons; Nathan Leite, Craig Leite, Adam Leite and his fiancé, Sarah Elizabeth, sisters; Maria D Braga and husband, Armando, Maria Ines Amaral and husband, Donaldo, Bernadette Rocha and husband, Jose, Maria Trindade Couture, his granddaughter; Madison Leite, many nieces, nephews and godchildren. Luis is preceded in death by his brother, Jose Leite. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, February 4th, 2022, at 11am at the Boulevard Funeral Home, all are welcome to join us prior from 9-11am for a visitation. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery.
