Manuel Viveiros

Manuel Viveiros 45 of New Bedford passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday September 9, 2015. He was the son of the late Antonio and Ana (Pimentel) DeViveiros. He was born in Fayal, Azores and had lived in New Bedford most of his life. He was formerly employed as a truck driver in the transportation industry. Survivors include his sons Clayten Viveiros, Carson Viveiros and Caiden Viveiros all of New Bedford, his daughter Ashley Demers of New Bedford, his brother Michael Lipsett of Tiverton, RI, his sisters Christina Tavares of Fall River, Berta Viveiros of New Bedford, Katelyn Lipsett of New Bedford, Ashley Coe of New Bedford and Melinda DeTeves of New Bedford, his grandchildren Jay’ley and Josiah, the mother of his sons, Nicky Canfield, also several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Kristen Lipsett. A funeral service with his cremated remains present will be held at the funeral home on Thursday September 17 at 5pm.
