Rosa Cabral

Rosa Maria (Botelho) Cabral, 85 of Acushnet, passed away at St. Luke's Hospital on May 31st. Born in St. Michael, Azores, Portugal the daughter of the late Jose Maria Botelho and late Ermelinda da Conceicao Barbosa and wife to the late Custodio Cabral. Rosa was a devout communicant of The Assembleia Pentecostal Church. She worked many years at Titleist/Acushnet Co as a winder. Her passion was cooking for her family especially her two grandsons. Rosa is survived by her son, Custodio B. Cabral and wife Maria Angela of Acushnet; brothers, Jose Botelho of Acushnet and Guillherme Botelho and wife, Louisa of New Bedford. Grandsons, Christopher Cabral, Clifford Cabral and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her sons, Jose Cabral, Daniel Manuel Cabral; brother, Octavio Botelho, Jacintho Botelho, Manuel Botelho; sisters, Alda Botelho and Alicinda Botelho DeSousa. Her Funeral Service will be held, Monday June 6th at Assembleia Pentecostal Church at 10:30am. Burial will follow in Acushnet Cemetery. Visiting hours be held Sunday, June 5th from 3-6pm at the Boulevard Funeral Home.
